BakersPro (“BakersPro,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. BakersPro is operated by or on behalf of Goldasdust Global Inc. and/or its related brands and companies, including HouseOfZeeva, where applicable.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, share, retain, transfer, and protect information when you use the BakersPro mobile application, website, and related services.

If you upload files or images, including order inspiration images, customer inspiration images, product images, or related business files, we may store and process those uploads as part of the service.

App version

Basic diagnostic or crash information
Log and performance data
Device notification tokens, where notifications are enabled or supported
If you enable notifications, we may collect and use device notification tokens to send app-related alerts, such as order updates, payment confirmations, customer reminders, event reminders, account notices, or other service-related notifications. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
E. Payment and Subscription Information
Subscriptions and certain payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or other approved payment processors.
We may receive limited transaction, subscription, payment status, entitlement, billing, or renewal information needed to manage your account access, subscription status, and related payment workflows.
We do not directly store full payment card numbers. Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.
F. Communication and Marketing Information
When you create an account, sign up, request support, subscribe, make a purchase, join a waitlist, respond to a survey, interact with emails, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect and use your email address and related communication preferences.
This may include whether you have subscribed, unsubscribed, opened emails, clicked links, responded to messages, or interacted with communications sent by BakersPro or related Goldasdust Global Inc. / HouseOfZeeva brands.

You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to legal, contractual, billing, fraud-prevention, security, recordkeeping, and operational requirements.

By creating an account, signing up, purchasing, subscribing, joining a waitlist, requesting support, or otherwise providing your email address, you may receive service-related and transactional communications that are necessary for your account and use of BakersPro.
You may also receive marketing communications from BakersPro and related Goldasdust Global Inc. / HouseOfZeeva brands where permitted by law or where you have provided consent.
Marketing communications may include:
BakersPro product updates
Tutorials and educational content
Subscription offers
Promotions and discounts
Feature announcements
Customer onboarding emails
Win-back or reactivation emails
Surveys or feedback requests
Offers from related Goldasdust Global Inc. / HouseOfZeeva brands that may be relevant to bakers, baking businesses, cake decorators, or related users
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at [email protected].
Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop important service-related or transactional communications, such as account notices, payment receipts, password resets, subscription notices, security alerts, app-access notices, or support messages.
5. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with unaffiliated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We may share information only in the following situations:
With service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate, host, secure, support, and improve the app
With email marketing, customer communication, and automation providers that help us send transactional and marketing communications on behalf of BakersPro or related Goldasdust Global Inc. / HouseOfZeeva brands
With authentication, subscription, and payment providers as needed to support login, billing, subscriptions, entitlements, and payment workflows
With notification, analytics, diagnostic, hosting, database, or infrastructure providers used to operate and improve the service

6. User Content and Business Customer Data
BakersPro may allow you to store customer information, business records, order details, invoices, uploaded images, recipe details, ingredient records, pricing information, event dates, reminders, and other files or content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, use, store, and manage any content or personal information you enter into the app.
If you enter information about your own customers, orders, invoices, delivery details, payment records, or business contacts into BakersPro, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect, use, store, and manage that information in the app, and for complying with any privacy obligations that apply to your business.
BakersPro does not use your stored customer list, customer order records, customer emails, customer phone numbers, or customer delivery details to independently market directly to your customers.
7. Sensitive Information
BakersPro is designed for baking-business management and is not intended for storing unnecessary sensitive personal information.
You should not upload or enter sensitive information unless it is necessary for your lawful use of the app. Sensitive information may include government identification numbers, financial account passwords, health information, children’s personal information, highly confidential records, or information you do not have the right to collect or store.
If you choose to enter sensitive information into BakersPro, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to do so and that your use complies with applicable laws.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account functionality, send permitted communications, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.
If you delete your account or request deletion, we may delete or anonymize certain information, subject to legal, operational, fraud-prevention, billing, tax, dispute-resolution, security, unsubscribe-list, backup, audit, and recordkeeping requirements.
We may retain limited information needed to honour unsubscribe requests and maintain suppression records so we do not send marketing messages to users who have opted out.

You may request deletion of your BakersPro account from within the app where the account deletion option is provided, or by contacting us at:
When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, tax, dispute-resolution, unsubscribe-list, backup, audit, or recordkeeping purposes.
Deleting your account may permanently remove access to your saved business data, recipes, ingredients, customers, orders, invoices, uploaded files, subscription-related app access, and other information associated with your account.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another payment provider. You may need to cancel your subscription through the applicable app store, payment provider, or billing platform.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for using secure devices and networks when accessing BakersPro.
11. International Use and Data Processing
BakersPro may be used in multiple countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be stored, transferred, accessed, or processed in countries outside your own, where data protection laws may differ.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information when it is transferred, stored, accessed, or processed across borders.
Some of our service providers may operate outside your country, province, state, or region. Your information may therefore be subject to the laws of the jurisdictions where those service providers operate.

BakersPro is intended for adults and business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. Third-Party Services
BakersPro may integrate with third-party services for sign-in, authentication, subscriptions, payments, analytics, hosting, database storage, notifications, diagnostics, infrastructure, email delivery, marketing automation, customer communication, or support functions.
These services may include Supabase for authentication, database, hosting, and backend services; RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management; Apple and Google for in-app purchase processing; Stripe for supported payment workflows; Firebase or similar notification services for device messaging; and notification, analytics, diagnostic, email, marketing, customer communication, or infrastructure providers used to operate and improve the app.
These third parties may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.
15. App Store and Platform Privacy Disclosures
If BakersPro is downloaded through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app platform, additional platform privacy disclosures, data safety labels, permissions, or terms may apply.
We aim to keep our app store privacy disclosures aligned with this Privacy Policy. However, app platforms may use their own categories, labels, definitions, and disclosure formats.
You should also review the privacy and data practices of Apple, Google, or any other platform used to download, subscribe to, or manage BakersPro.
